The fund supports local projects run by charities, resident and community groups, voluntary organisations, social enterprises and partner agencies. Jigsaw Foundation supports Jigsaw Group’s vision of ‘We want everyone to live successfully in a home they can afford’ and mission of ‘Creating homes. Building lives.’
Applications are assessed alongside Jigsaw Group’s neighbourhood plans.
Applications for funding up to £25,000 are voted on by our tenants through our Jigsaw Rewards surveys. Entries over this amount will be decided by Jigsaw Homes Group’s Executive team.

Who can apply?
Applications can be made by residents and/or any of the groups mentioned above. Projects must demonstrate that they make a positive difference to the lives of Jigsaw Homes’ residents in one or more of the following areas:
- Health and well-being and social inclusion
- Employment, individual capacity building, enterprise and training
- Environmental improvement
- Sustaining tenancies
- Financial and digital inclusion
