Now well into our second year as Jigsaw Homes Group, we have worked hard to bring together our policies, procedures and teams to ensure our residents receive a consistently high level of service.
Our residents tell us what they would like to see featured in the report, and we look at our performance in key areas. This includes building and delivering new homes, investment in and repairs to existing properties as well as many of our other services such as Jigsaw Foundation, Jigsaw Support, Scrutiny and an update on our Neighbourhood Plans.
Although the global pandemic affected almost every aspect of all our lives, it was vital that we kept our essential services running during lockdown. Despite it being the most challenging time the Group has faced as an organisation, we have maintained emergency repairs, lettings, revenue collections, tenancy matters dealing with anti-social behaviour and support for our most vulnerable residents.
