I’m pleased to share the latest update from Jigsaw Homes as we continue to strengthen our commitment to providing safe, affordable, and high-quality homes across our communities.
One of the most significant developments is the introduction of Awaab’s Law. At Jigsaw, we’ve taken proactive steps by establishing our Healthy Homes Team, with newly appointed members dedicated to actioning reports of damp and mould.
We’ve also reached out directly to you with clear guidance on how to report problems, to make sure we can take appropriate action without delay. If you need to report an issue with damp and mould please e-mail HealthyHomesTeam@jigsawhomes.org.uk
I’m pleased to see more of our residents benefiting from our online services ‘My Jigsaw’, when it comes to reporting repairs as you can book your own repair appointments directly. Try it out, if you haven’t already registered; it’s quick and easy by clicking here.
We’ve also made service adjustments to better meet the needs of our residents and introduced our Customer Pledge, which outlines the standards of service you can expect from us.
We are currently busy working to identify schemes for the new Social and Affordable Homes Programme and working with local authorities so that our future development strategy delivers the right mix of social and affordable rent homes in your region.
You can read more about our work over the past year in our latest publications below.

We have provided hundreds of residents with the skills and support they need to work towards securing employment through our range of services like Motiv8, Support to Succeed and Skills Exchange. Since July:
58 people were helped towards employment through our work clubs and jobs fairs
99 residents attended free training organised by our Jigsaw Employment Team (JET) with courses including Food Safety, Digital Skills, First Aid and AQA courses.
