Buying the Freehold of Your Home
If you live in a house and we own the freehold of your home, you may be able to buy this from us.
Service Charges

Renting out part or all of their home with a contract to another person, who becomes a subtenant.

Re-mortgaging Your Home
You will need our permission if you want to re-mortgage your shared-ownership home.
Selling your Shared Ownership Home
Sometimes called a resale, a 'Consent to Sale' letter will be required.

Additional Administration Fees

Resales Policies
Jigsaw Homes Group sets out a number of policies that govern how shared ownership resale properties are handled, along with eligibility, affordability and credit checks.
Right to Acquire
The Right to Acquire Scheme helps Housing Association tenants to buy their current home at a discount.
Right to buy
The Preserved Right to Buy allows eligible tenants to purchase their current home at a discounted rate.
Buying a home
As well as making homes available at affordable rent and market rent, the Group offers people the opportunity to buy a home through Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Market Sale with  Snugg Homes.
Homes contents insurance
As a tenant and/or leaseholder, it is your responsibility to insure the contents of your home: to protect your own furniture, belongings or decorations against theft, fire, vandalism and burst pipes.
