Overview

Our number one priority is to provide decent, safe and warm homes, which are well-maintained and energy efficient. 

Stock Quality
We are committed to ensuring our homes remain compliant with the Decent Homes Standard and combine data from a range of sources updated at least annually to maintain a check on property condition.
Health and Safety
Jigsaw has a team dedicated to monitoring our homes against legal and regulatory standards and to ensuring any hazards such as damp and mould are identified and addressed.
Repairs, maintenance and planned improvements
Our customers’ experience of undergoing repairs to their homes often sets the benchmark for how they perceive us as a landlord. We aim to deliver a well-organised and productive repairs service.
Adaptations
Jigsaw is committed to providing high quality aids and adaptations to help our residents live independently and safely in their homes for as long as possible.
