In January 2026, 400 Jigsaw Rewards members took part in a survey regarding our “Tenant’s Annual Report – 2026”. Below is a summary of the feedback we received from the survey.
The survey found 59% of responses were aware that we published a Tenant’s Annual Report, which was an increase of 2% compared to the previous year. The survey showed that 46% of responses had read last year’s report, representing a significant 12% increase from the previous year. The primary reasons for not reading it were a lack of time and uncertainty about where to find it.
You Said: The top five topics members selected for inclusion in this year’s Tenant’s Annual Report are:
- Repairs
- Neighbourhood Plans
- Anti-social Behaviour (ASB)
- Jigsaw Support Services
- Complaints
We Did: All these five topics will be included in this year’s report. The report will detail Jigsaw Homes’ investment in property maintenance, including the number of repairs completed and the average time taken to complete them. The report will detail our neighbourhood plan projects and initiatives within our neighbourhoods. The report will provide information about our Neighbourhood Safety teams, their efforts to address ASB and key statistical achievements. Also, the report will detail the broad range of Jigsaw Support services, highlighting successes throughout the year. Finally, the report shall look into complaints and their outcomes.
You Said: 41% were not aware that Jigsaw Homes completed a Tenant’s Annual Report.
We Did: The report will be publicised widely using variety of communication channels, including reference on the annual rent statement, to ensure tenants are aware and able to view this report. Once we have launched the report, we will publish it on the homepage of the Jigsaw Homes website.
You Said: That you would be more likely to read the report if you received an email advising of its launch and location.
We Did: We will continue to complete publicity of the report through email communication to tenants using the “Chief Executive’s Newsletter”.
