Recently, 74 Jigsaw Rewards members took part in our survey on our leasehold management policy. The feedback from this consultation has been reviewed below.
Responses to the survey were mostly positive with 87% of leaseholders and shared owners feeling that they understood their lease responsibilities and obligations.
Just over 70% of leaseholders and shared owners felt that the policy was easy to understand. Furthermore, 89% felt a glossary would be a useful addition to the policy.
Here’s more specific examples and how we are acting on it:
You Said: Some survey participants found the policy difficult to understand and read.
We Did: We are reviewing the wording in the policy. This will be an ongoing process but as we do need to include law terms, this may be hard to change.
You Said: Residents would like more information on the website about the policy.
We Did: We are speaking with our Communications team about including this content on the website.
