In February 2025, Jigsaw Rewards members took part in our survey on ‘Programme of Works – Stock Surveys’ to assist with the building surveys that Jigsaw Homes will complete over the coming months.
Jigsaw’s Management team asked that the Jigsaw Rewards survey explored how members would like to be contacted and how relevant information is communicated about the building surveys.
The survey closed on 26 February 2025 and received 300 responses.
You Said: 34% of responses felt that one week was an appropriate amount of time for notice given to all tenants prior to an assessment taking place.
We Did: Jigsaw Homes is aiming to give tenants two weeks’ notice to all residents prior to any assessment.
You Said: 72% of responses stated that they would like to be contacted by letter (26%) or email (46%) to arrange their survey.
We Did: Due to feasibility when arranging appointments, Jigsaw Homes shall arrange surveys using a combination of letters and phone calls to ensure appointments are organised at a time that is convenient to residents. Jigsaw Homes will look to incorporate email appointments in the future for later surveys.
You Said: 51% of responses stated that they would like results from surveys to be sent via email to residents.
We Did: We will increase the visibility of our programme of works and will ensure that we can distribute those via email.
