Additional Administration Fees – Leaseholders

Admin fees are charged by Jigsaw Homes for providing additional services to you as a leaseholder that are not covered by your service charges.

These may include the costs of dealing with correspondence; providing copy documents such as the lease; processing property sales or purchases of additional equity; approving a Notice or providing a Certificate of Consent.

These fees are allowable under the terms of your lease. Whilst not an exhaustive list the table below shows Jigsaw’s administration charges correct as of January 2026.

• Consent for Minor Works (No surveyor) Retrospective: £96.00
• Permission for Alterations (Complex) – Needs surveyor: £96.00
• Permission for Alterations (Complex) – Needs surveyor – Retrospective: £150.00
• Consent to Sub-Let: £60.00
• Resale Administration fee*: £210.00

• Re-Mortgage Consent: £84.00
