We are currently experiencing problems with our automated payment line, as some customers have reported not receiving their payment amount or address after entering their customer reference number.

Our engineers are aware of the problem and working to resolve this.

In the meantime, if you are struggling to make a payment then you can use pay-by-link with Allpay or you can call us to make a manual payment on 0300 011 1144.
