March is Women’s History Month, the annual worldwide celebration that recognises the contributions, achievements and impact of women throughout history and society.
This year’s theme is ‘Give to Gain’, which highlights how the power of generosity, collaboration and shared responsibility can create opportunities for individuals and the whole community through giving time, knowledge, mentorship and support.
As part of International Women’s Day (8 March), we spoke to three inspiring colleagues at Jigsaw – Katie Marshall, our Deputy Chief Executive and Group Director of Development and People, Donna Kelly, our Group Director of Neighbourhoods and Support, and Joanne Currie, our Operations Director – People.
They each recognise, through their own experiences, the importance of support and mentorship and how this shapes the way they advocate for women and foster diverse and inclusive leadership across the Group.
