Four of our schemes have been shortlisted for regional and national awards recognising our work in development and retrofitting.
Three of our developments are in line for the Northern Housing Awards 2026, which recognise the individuals and organisations working to improve homes and communities across the North.
Our largest scheme to-date, Bourne Road in Thornton Cleveleys, Wyre, has been named a finalist in the ‘Best Affordable Housing Development Award (£20m+)’ category.
Developed by Breck Homes, the £25m scheme comprises 210 quality one-to-four bed houses, bungalows and apartments for Affordable Rent and Rent to Buy, supporting residents through all life stages.
The Seasons at Worsley Mesnes in Wigan has been recognised in the ‘Regeneration Scheme of the Year’ category. The development includes 42 homes for Affordable Rent, Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership, alongside 127 homes for sale through Keepmoat, and features energy-efficient design, green spaces and a shopping parade.
One of our supported housing schemes, Stork Mews in Kitt Green, Wigan, has also been shortlisted in the ‘Supported/Sheltered Scheme of the Year’ category.
Managed by Jigsaw Support as part of the Springboard Partnership, Stork Mews offers five Affordable Rent homes and 10 one-bedroom cottage apartments, supporting adults with low to medium needs to live independently in a safe and sustainable environment.
The awards will take place on 21 May 2026 at a ceremony at the Kimpton Clock Tower in Manchester.
Additional recognition has also been given to our Over 55’s scheme at Calder Avenue in Chorley.
This has been shortlisted in the ‘Solar’ category at this year’s UK Roofing Awards, following our Asset Management’s team delivery of a roofing and solar retrofit, in partnership with wienerberger UK and DLP Building Services.
These awards will take place on Friday 08 May at the Intercontinental London – The O2.
