Homes that meet the following criteria are advertised on Rightmove:
- Low demand
- Local lettings plan areas
- Dispersed homes
- Sensitive lets
- Rent to buy
- Raising our demand
These criteria remained in place until the policy has been reviewed and agreed in September 2024
