I’m pleased to share the latest update from Jigsaw Homes Group as we continue working to provide safe, comfortable and affordable homes.
We finished the end of 2025 on a strong note. In December, our regulator confirmed that Jigsaw is among only a third of housing associations to retain the top ratings for both governance (G1) and financial viability (V1). This is to reassure you that we remain a stable, well run organisation focused on delivering quality homes and reliable services.
As we move through 2026, we remain fully committed to supporting you with responsive repairs, healthier homes and neighbourhoods where people can thrive. We are continuing to invest in improving our homes, tackling damp and mould, and strengthening our repairs service so that issues are resolved more quickly and effectively.
We’re also planning to bid for new grant funding through the Government’s Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026–2036. If successful, this will help us build many more new affordable homes and most importantly, it will allow us to keep improving the services you rely on and widen our impact across the communities we serve.
This year’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey is under way, so we can understand how satisfied you are with our services and where we need to improve. Thank you if you have already completed the survey, and thank you in advance for taking part, if you are contacted.
All the best,
Brian Moran
Group Chief Executive
