Jigsaw has appointed a new independent research company to gather feedback from residents on the services it delivers.
M·E·L Research will carry out customer satisfaction surveys on Jigsaw’s behalf, helping the organisation better understand residents’ experiences and identify opportunities to improve services.
Over the coming months, some residents may be contacted by phone, email or text message and invited to take part in a survey. The feedback collected will be used to help shape future service improvements, ensuring residents’ voices remain at the heart of decision making.
The appointment forms part of Jigsaw’s ongoing commitment to driving improvements across its housing and support services. Customer feedback plays an important role in helping the organisation understand what it is doing well, as well as highlighting areas where changes may be needed.
Any contact made by M·E·L Research will be solely for research and customer satisfaction purposes, with personal information handled in line with data protection legislation.
Jigsaw is encouraging anyone contacted by M·E·L Research to take part in the survey, with every response providing valuable insight that can help improve services for residents across its communities.
Residents who would prefer not to be contacted about customer satisfaction surveys can opt out at any time by getting in touch with Jigsaw.
