Jigsaw Group Director of Asset Management Set to Retire

Jigsaw Homes Group, has announced its Group Director of Asset Management, Andy Marshall will be retiring from his role on 01 April 2024, marking the end of his 25 year career with the organisation.

Andy joined the organisation in 1999 and has played a crucial role in managing the repairs and maintenance service for the Group’s 36,000 homes across the North West and East Midlands.

He has overseen a team of more than 600 skilled technicians and operatives in the upkeep of resident’s homes, alongside planned maintenance programmes, including significant energy improvement upgrades.

Andy said: “It has been pleasure working at Jigsaw, with so many experienced and skilled colleagues, overcoming challenges, from getting our teams out to emergency jobs during Covid, ensuring our residents’ homes are safe and secure, and continuously working to improve the quality of our buildings and homes.

“I am immensely proud of what the team has achieved together; always looking to provide the best service to our customers and working to improving the business as well as keeping up with vital changes in building safety legislation.”

The recruitment process to search for a new Group Director of Asset Management will begin shortly and will be overseen by the Group’s executive management team.
