Jigsaw Homes Group has launched its updated Corporate Delivery Plan for 2026.
The plan has been refreshed to ensure it is accurate for the year ahead, with clear priorities and new measurable targets in place to help track our progress.
It outlines the challenges ahead but at its core, it focuses on what matters most to us and to our residents:
Our main priorities are:
- Looking after our existing homes and tenants
- Building new homes
- Investing in our communities
- Helping people live independently
We are embarking on this plan from a strong position, with solid foundations and the right support systems in place, including:
- motivated employees
- diversity and opportunity
- governance
- technology
- fulfilling the requirements of key stakeholders
- finances.
Our strong financial position means we are able to make the commitments set out in this plan and will enable our boards to take decisions about future investment opportunities.
