Overview

We undertake retrofitting upgrades to our existing homes, to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance living conditions for our residents.

This work is instrumental in addressing fuel poverty, meeting net-zero carbon targets, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

What we are doing

Through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) a significant amount of our homes will receive upgrades.
