Our Customer Committee was introduced in April 2026. Closely linked to the board, it brings tenants’ voices into strategic decision‑making, ensuring residents’ experiences and priorities are reflected in policies, service standards, and organisational strategy.

At the same time, the committee plays an important governance role by reviewing customer‑facing service performance and ensuring we remain accountable for meeting regulatory standards and delivering quality services.

The committee also drives service improvement by analysing customer feedback, commissioning scrutiny reviews, and recommending changes to policies and practices.  It supports effective tenant engagement across the organisation, and helps ensure regulatory compliance.

Overall, our Customer Committee supports Jigsaw Group’s accountability and drive for continuous improvement, by placing residents at the centre of how housing services are governed and delivered.
