Jigsaw provides support to tenants to mutually exchange their homes through www.homeswapper.co.uk

Mutual exchange service

Jigsaw participates in the Homeswapper service, which allows tenant who are eligible to mutually exchange their homes to access details of available exchanges.

This service is FREE for Jigsaw residents.

Support to mutually exchange

We will support tenants to mutually exchange if they are unable to access services themselves.

We may do this through our Connect service, online, or in person.

Mutual exchange information

When a tenant seeks to mutually exchange their home, we will provide information about the implications for their tenure, rent and service charges.
