At Jigsaw, we remain true to our core business of building, renovating and managing affordable housing for rent and sale. We continue our work to help regenerate neighbourhoods and increase life opportunities for disadvantaged individuals and communities. Creating homes. Building lives.

Jigsaw Homes Group is embarking on this plan with solid foundations in place. We are strong financially, with a fully funded development programme of over 800 homes per year until 2026. We have a sound reputation with our partners, reflected in our G1 V1 rating from our regulator and A2 stable Moody’s rating.

Our six month trading updates help highlight the Group’s operational and financial performance half way through the financial year.

The Regulator of Social Housing will make it a requirement for landlords to undertake annual satisfaction surveys from the 2023/24 financial year onwards. In August 2022 we undertook a Tenant Satisfaction Survey to test the Group’s ability to meet the likely new regulatory requirements, help uncover any difficulties with the process and identify further information requirements from the board of Jigsaw.

Our Sustainable Finance Framework supports the raising of financing to fund a range of environmentally and socially sustainable projects.

Ratings from credit agencies provide a useful insight into the creditworthiness of an organisation. They help determine the riskiness associated with investing in a corporate bond.
