Our latest development in Arnold, Nottinghamshire has been nominated for its shared ownership homes at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.
Birch Fields, with a range of family homes in the heart of semi-rural Arnold, has been shortlisted for both the ‘Best Large Development’ and the ‘Best First Time Buyer Family Home’ for its three-bedroom Dalby house type.
The development consists of 131 quality two, three and four-bedroom homes with 46 for shared ownership sold through Snugg Homes, and comes complete with an energy-efficient design, green spaces and easy access to local amenities.
The awards will take place in September 2026 at a ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in London.
