Jigsaw Group’s latest Financial Statements Mark a Strong Year for Growth, Investment and Delivery

Jigsaw has published its Financial Statements for 2025/26, highlighting another year of strong performance and significant investment in homes, communities and services across the North West and East Midlands.

During the year, Jigsaw delivered 694 new homes, including the completion of Bourne Road in Wyre, the largest development in the Group’s history. The scheme transformed a former industrial site, providing 210 affordable homes.

The publication comes as Jigsaw substantially completes its Development Strategy target of delivering 4,000 new homes, with only a small number of schemes due to complete during 2026/27.

The year also saw continued investment in supported housing, including the opening of three new supported housing schemes in Greater Manchester, helping more people live independently within their communities.

The Group’s strong financial position was further underlined by Moody’s reaffirmation of its A2 Stable credit rating, providing confidence in Jigsaw’s long-term resilience and capacity to continue investing in homes and services.

Looking ahead, the Group remains focused on maintaining high-quality services, investing in existing homes, supporting residents and communities, and delivering more affordable homes through future funding opportunities, including the Government’s Social and Affordable Homes Programme.

Brian Moran, Chief Executive of Jigsaw Homes Group, said:

“This has been another strong year for Jigsaw, with significant investment in our existing homes and the successful delivery of 694 new much-needed affordable homes including specialist supported accommodation. Against a challenging housing backdrop, our strong financial position and reaffirmed credit rating coupled with our clear long-term strategy means we are well placed to continue supporting the Government’s ambition to increase the supply of high-quality affordable housing.”
