Jigsaw Homes Group will follow a systematic approach to the management and maintenance of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with BS EN 13015 Maintenance for Lifts and Escalators, BS 7255 COP for Safe Working on Lifts, BS EN81‐80 Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts. Existing lifts ‐ Rules for the improvement of safety of existing passenger and goods passenger lifts, Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and any other relevant legislation.
This will ensure the safety of employees, residents, contractors and other persons or other stakeholders.
