£2.1m Energy Efficiency Upgrades

We have set aside £1.1 million for new boilers and improved heating systems to approximately 400 properties in the Midlands.

£0.6 million will be spent on communal heating systems and refurbishments to our Over 55s schemes in the Midlands and a further £0.8 million on energy efficient work.
