Overview

Over £2.5 million worth of window and external door replacements will take place in Chorley, Wigan, Winsford and Manchester.

£5m in roof replacements

We are planning £4.7m of roof replacements in Tameside, Oldham, Leigh and Manchester.

There will be 80 roof replacements in the Carbrook area of Stalybridge and an allowance for an additional 150 ‘one off’ replacements around the Tameside district.

More than £600,000 of rendering and pointing work will be done to homes across Chorley.

More than £0.5 million will be spent on new roofs and rooflines in the Midlands.
