We will also continue to ensure our properties are safe and compliant by spending £1.2 million on Fire Risk Assessment work, £3.2 million on damp and mould prevention and £1 million on ECO works.
More than £3 million of insulation and energy saving measures will be undertaken across homes in Chorley and Greater Manchester, as well as £600,000 in concrete repairs and improvements to balconies and walkways.
Around £1.1 million will be spent on building safety, compliance and fire risk assessment works to homes in the Midlands.
We will also be starting work on refurbishing Walton Court, in Carlton, which includes new cladding, windows and major roof repairs.
